Shipping policy

Here at MedTechSphere, we understand you want to know the status of your order. To ensure your purchases arrive safely, all items are shipped using tracked delivery services. Once your order ships, we'll send you the tracking number(s) so you can follow its progress.

Please note: Since we ship from multiple warehouse locations, your order might arrive in separate packages and at different times. If you have any questions about your delivery, please don't hesitate to contact us – we're happy to help.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • From UK Warehouses:

    • Items currently ship only to UK addresses.
    • Delivery typically takes 5-7 working days from dispatch.
  • From EU Warehouses:

    • Items ship to most EU countries (including Ireland) and, where possible, the UK.
    • Delivery typically takes 7-14 working days from dispatch, depending on the destination and origin country.
    • From China Warehouses:

      • Items can ship to most countries worldwide.
      • Depending on the item quantity and dimensions orders while either:
        A) Typically take 10-25 working days from dispatch for Air Freight.
        B) Typically take circa 90 days for Sea Freight.
        Products listings will indicate which method will be used.
      • If you don't see a shipping option for your country, please contact us for pricing information.

    Shipping Address Errors/Changes:

    Accuracy is key! If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will need to cancel the original order so you can place a new one with the correct details.

    For the protection of both you and MedTechSphere, we cannot change addresses on existing orders. This policy ensures eligibility for payment provider and courier protection in case of issues like lost packages or potential fraud.

    Import Taxes and Customs Fees:

    We strive to make things simple. All our orders are shipped with the relevant import taxes prepaid where possible (e.g., UK VAT, EU VAT via IOSS, US State Tax where applicable, Norway's VOEC).

    In the unlikely event that your local customs authority requires additional fees upon arrival, please contact us before paying them. We will either arrange to pay the fees directly or reimburse you upon receiving proof of the charges (like the 'Fee to pay' card from Royal Mail in the UK, or similar official notices in other countries).

    Delivery Issues:

    While we hope every delivery goes smoothly, issues can occasionally occur. We monitor deliveries closely. If an issue arises (such as a failed delivery attempt, address problem, or unexpected delay), we aim to contact you proactively to help resolve it.

    BREXIT Information:

    Due to changes following BREXIT, we generally cannot ship goods directly from our UK warehouse to addresses outside the UK. If an item is only available in our UK warehouse and you're outside the UK, please get in touch. We'll do our best to see if we can source it for you from another location.

    International Orders:

    We welcome international customers! While most products have shipping options designed for our UK customers, please contact us, and we'll be happy to look at helping you if possible.
